Programme Format
The Professional Speaker Development Pathway consists of two integrated training stages.
Stage 1 (Days 1, 2)
Speaker & Communication Mastery
Participants learn the core frameworks of communication and talk design.

Stage 2 (Days 3, 4, 5)

The programme concludes with participant talk delivery and structured review.
Post Course
Post-Programme Development
Following Stage 1, participants are invited to submit a full-length video recorded talk (20 to 25 minutes) within 30 days.
This receives written instructor feedback and forms part of the progression pathway within the MindWorks PRO Speaker Network.
FAST TRACK Program:
For the 5 day fast track option, the post course video recorded assessment will come after the 5 day course has ended.

Corporate Delivery for Organisations
The MindWorks PRO™ Professional Speaker Development Pathway may be run as a 5-day in-house development programme.
Private corporate programmes follow the same structured framework used in the open programme but are delivered exclusively for a single organisation.
This format is particularly suitable for organisations seeking to strengthen communication capability across teams who regularly present internally or externally.

Corporate Programme Format
